Eyeball Check-up

2 years now?! God it's been nice not having to mess with contacts. Lasik was expensive and worth all the time I save cleaning, inserting, losing, finding, replacing contacts. I had my annual check up recently where my doctor, in nice words, told me I was getting old. He measured a minimal (under 0.25) stigmatism in the left eye. Over the 10 year history we have together, my records show this has come and gone. No red flags. But this time his description of why its happening went something like... "Over time, eye lids lose tightness or tenacity. They start to wear on the eye differently then they have before." I said "Doc, are you telling me I'm old and my eye lids are going to start sagging?" He laughed then said "Yeah."
