Old Lady

I hit up the health food store last week to get some new vitamins.  Summer was fun, but I need to replenish my body and get it back to pre-summer shape.   Which, yes I am aware, is backward but it happened.  After talking to the resident expert, Jeff at Nature's Market, I walked out with a months supply and a $150 tab.  Not bad.  I was expecting worse since the Omega-3s are $50 themselves.

Jeff set me up with a great multi-vitamin instead of the One-a-Day mass produced BS I was on.  After he questioned my daily diet routine, we added Omega-3s.  We discussed my Allergist's prescription of taking Zyrtech daily.  I'm not a fan of synethic medicine, so he said Vitamin C and Quercetin should do the trick.  And we added Liver  Support for good measure.  So like an old lady, I will now be carrying a giant S-S pill box in my purse.  Except mine is filled with things to keep me healthy so I can be an old lady, not pills to keep an old lady body running.  Here's the stash.
